Batho Pele Home Loans offers you the support, knowledge and guidance you need in financing your bond property.

1. Credit Score

Credit report is pulled to evaluate your affordability and check your credit scoring.

2. Pre-Approval

An affordability assessment is  completed to assess the bond amount you can qualify for.

3. Application

Application is submitted to all major banks for processing & financed when criterias are met.

4. Bond Approval

On approval of bonds, we compare the offers and negotiate the best interest rate with the banks.

5. Bond Registration

Bond transfers will be handled by attorneys and the bond registered  accordingly.

6. Totally Free Service

And with all that admin, services are for free. We get our commission from the banks for every registered bond.
